Like many Australians, my small business venture was born during the Covid Pandemic.
I was working full-time in Travel which ended very quickly when the world closed its doors.
After taking some time deciding what I wanted to do with my life, I applied for my business license, enrolled in a Patisserie course and my new journey began.

Even though I am the baker/decorator/accountant/delivery driver/head of purchasing/everything else...if you manage to catch me at a Market, you'll meet my second-in-command (husband) who makes sure I am getting enough sleep and food to keep motoring on.

All of The Bumble Bakery's products are made fresh, from scratch, in my council-approved home kitchen in Bahrs Scrub.
