PAYMENTS
Orders $100 and under require full payment to confirm
Orders $101 and over require 30% deposit to confirm.
Deposit is due within 24 hours.
Final payments on deposited orders are due no less than 14 days prior to collection/delivery.
Payment reminders will be sent on due dates only if money has not been received.
A mobile number and email address is required to confirm order.

COLLECTION OF ORDERS
Once your order leaves my possession, The Bumble Bakery takes no responsibility for any damage that may occur.
It is recommended that goods are transported flat on the floor of your vehicle (passenger footwell is ideal) with cold air conditioning to avoid any heat or movement affecting the item.
All of The Bumble Bakery goods are made with love for you, so please store your order in a cool and dry environment, or refrigerate until you are ready to serve.
If you have any questions about storage and
transport of your order, please don’t hesitate to get in touch or ask upon collection.
Currently, I produce all orders within my council-approved kitchen in my Bahrs Scrub home. When collecting, please be respectful of my neighbours.
Collection is by pre-arranged appointment only.
All pickup times are arranged to suit both parties.
If you are running late or no longer able to arrive by the time we have organised, please get in touch ASAP or your pickup may need to be rescheduled.
DELIVERIES
Delivery times are pre-arranged to ensure that there will be someone available accept the order upon it’s arrival.
If you are ordering as a gift to be delivered to someone else, please ensure they will be available at the arranged time.
Larger cakes (such as multi-tiered wedding cakes) are only available for delivery to ensure the safe arrival of the cake.
If orders are being delivered to a private venue,
information such as drop off area, storage and event start time must be advised at time of booking.
Delivery costs are quoted based on the location of the venue/home.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
If for any reason you need to cancel your order, please refer to the terms on your invoice. In some cases, any funds paid can be kept on file for future orders.
PHOTOGRAPHS FOR MARKETING
All orders will be photographed prior to collection and may be used to advertise the business on social media.
These photographs remain the property of The Bumble Bakery. If you would like me to feature any of your photographs through social media, please message them through or tag me. I love seeing customer photographs and sharing them for my followers to see.
